All are welcome to take part in the voluntary scheme „15 Christmas Tree Stories”

Throughout the scheme, the “Three Brothers” courtyard in Old Town Riga (entrance from Pils iela 20) will be transformed into a forest of fir trees, where every evening at 19.00 hours, one of the trees will be specially decorated, under the guidance of artists and well-known personalities. The “Three Brothers” courtyard will be open from 18.00 to 21.00 hours.

In the New Year, the trees will be distributed among Latvia’s social care homes, old people’s and children’s homes, where they will be planted. During this time it will be possible to send Christmas cards to those who spend the festive season in social care homes. Information about who will decorate the trees and the recipients will be revealed the previous day on the Facebook profile.
