Authors’ ideas are sometimes like short blazing flashes – fables or stories transformed into art objects. Sincere, sometimes a little naive, they make you smile and conjure up a cosy intimacy in the Old Town’s courtyards or the quietest corners of parks.

FIR COATS

In winter, when deciduous trees are naked and freeze in the cold, fir trees could lend them their coats. Now, there’s real friendship! A poetic, feminine and witty environmental artwork. Elegantly illuminated, this stylised cone-shaped outfit can warm up a few trees in the park during the festive season.

he Cucumber Tree – ambitious in form, and even brazenly provocative with its pulsating light effects. The visual image evokes associations with the iconic juicer of world-famous designer Philippe Starck.

THE CHRISTMAS TREE AND THE CLOUD

A scenic intimate environmental object – an island of light with vertical structured lamps in the quiet courtyard of Konventa Sēta. The romantic and naïve story is about the cloud and the tree as good friends. As it was standing naked in the biting frost of winter, the Christmas tree was longing for warmth. Hearing the wish of the Christmas tree, the cloud expanded to cover the entire forest with white and soft snowflakes.

The shape of the environmental object Goldfish resembles an enlarged Christmas tree ornament. The Goldfish symbolises prosperity and good luck, as well as the Christmas dream come true.
